任何企业文化都离不开它所归属的社会的文化传统和文化精神,当代中国企业文化的建构需要在吸收世界先进经验的同时,充分挖掘和利用作为传统文化核心内容的儒家学说的精华,创造出具有自己特色的文化管理模式和管理风格。本文结合企业文化理论,主要从“民为邦本”与企业人本价值观、“经国济民”与企业的社会责任、“为政以德”与文化管理方式、“仁者爱人”与企业人际关系、整体观念与企业团队意识等五个方面探讨了儒家学说对当代企业文化建构的启示价值。
