由于连续媒体流具有突发性的特点,保证连续媒体应用的服务质量(QoS)往往使得资源利用率非常低.为解决此问题,文中针对连续媒体的特性提出了一种新的任务模型——周期推延任务模型、及基于此模型的连续媒体CPU 调度方法,该方法能提供不同级别的QoS保证并达到较高的资源利用率
Due to the burst nature of continuous media streams, ensuring quality of service (QoS) for continuous media applications tends to make resource utilization very low. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a new task model - periodic deferral task model and continuous media CPU scheduling method based on this model. This method can provide different levels of QoS guarantee and reach a higher level Resource utilization
