本文研究了不同温度对针叶小爪螨Oligonychusununguis(Jacobi)的卵和幼螨至成螨的影响。结果表明:滞育卵在0℃、5℃、10℃(RH60%~70%)条件下,分别经120、100、100d可解除滞育,其孵化率一般在40%~60%之间,自然解除滞育的孵化的率达80%左右,25℃为该螨的适温。成螨寿命随温度增高而缩短。在22~27.5℃的范围内,平均单雌产卵量为40~45粒。越冬卵和夏卵的发育起点(C)分别为5.3℃和11.3℃,有效积温(K)分别为271.0日度和87.7日度。幼螨至成螨的C为8.8℃,K为98.2日度。根据有效积温预测该螨在山东泰字地区一年可完成11代左右
In this paper, the effects of different temperatures on eggs and young mites to adult mite Oligonychusununguis (Jacobi) were studied.
