中亚灌溉研究所生产联合体研制了一种泡沫塑料地下灌溉浸润装置,其压强在5—6毫帕范围内,渗漏系数为0.4—0.5米/昼夜。合成泡沫塑料的主要成分为脲基甲醛树脂(30—35)%,新月沙丘沙(40—45)%,盐酸苯胺(4—4.2)%,磷石膏(10—11)%等。浸润器制做过程是先将泡沫塑料合成物倒进金属模型,在室温条件下保持15分钟使材料发泡并硬化。这种浸润装置具有很好的孔隙结构能满足地下浸润灌溉的要求。
The Central Asia Irrigation Institute Production Consortium has developed a foam underground infiltration device with a pressure in the range of 5-6 mPa and a leakage factor of 0.4-0.5 m / day and night. The infiltrant was made by pouring the foam composition into a metal mold and allowing the material to foam and harden at room temperature for 15 minutes. This infiltration device has a good pore structure to meet the underground infiltration irrigation requirements.
