测定了异丁醛、水二元溶液的互溶度数据以及丙酮-异丁醛-水三元体系在40℃、25℃、0.5℃的溶解度数据和结线数据。得出该二元、三元系的溶解度随温度的变化不同于一般的规律。采用各组份的分配系数作为溶质浓度的函数形式对该三元系的溶解度数据和结线数据进行统一的关联,其计算值与实验值有相当好的一致性。并用多参数Wilson方程、NRTL方程对该三元系的液液平衡分别进行预测,结果以多参数Wilson方程为好。
The mutual solubility data of isobutyraldehyde and water binary solutions and the solubility data and junction data of acetone-isobutyraldehyde-water ternary system at 40 ℃, 25 ℃ and 0.5 ℃ were measured. Obtained the binary, ternary system with the temperature changes in the solubility of the general rule. The partition coefficient of each component was used as a function of solute concentration to unify the solubility data of the ternary system with the data of the connection. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data. The multi-parameter Wilson equation and the NRTL equation are respectively used to predict the liquid-liquid equilibrium of the ternary system. The results show that the multi-parameter Wilson equation is better.
