教学互动是任职教育的重要教学方法。应注重对现有“教学互动”予以深层关注和微观察,大力倡导和形成一种以“能力生成”为核心的教学互动理念、方法体系和运行机制。应注重更新教育理念,把教学互动作为任职教育的生命线;注重平台搭建,为教学互动提供更为充分的空间;突出学员主体,把学员作为教学互动的决定性因素;坚持问题中心,用问题强化教学互动的内力驱动;实现知识创造,把创新发展作为教学互动的顶级目标。
Teaching interaction is an important teaching method of serving education. Should focus on the existing “teaching interaction ” to pay close attention and micro-observation, and vigorously advocate and form a “ability to generate ” as the core of teaching interactive concept, method system and operating mechanism.
