After designers ingenuity planning, this four-wing double-story building as the main body, supplemented by other single-storey buildings transformed into the town’s cultural and entertainment center. The designers aim to transform the original prison building into a public activity center. They are either transformed or built, creating a public space conducive to various social activities. In addition, the project respects existing buildings and, through the clever use of natural light, the building as a whole presents a light and stylish texture. Based on the design requirements, the four-wing double-storey building was opened and added to the separate support structure. In addition, the new attic will be four wings connected, full of fashion charm, so
