目的:观察柔肝煎对脂肪肝大鼠的防治作用及其对生化的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=10),柔肝煎低剂量组(n=10),中剂量组(n=10),高剂量组(n=10)以及血脂康组(n=10)。空白对照组用普通饲料及普通水喂养;其他组用高脂饮食的方法建立大鼠脂肪肝模型。用光镜及电镜观察肝脏的形态学改变情况,采用全自动生化分析仪测定总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)及白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)的含量。结果:与空白对照组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、TP、ALB相比,模型对照组大鼠血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、ALT、AST值均显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、TP、ALB值均显著降低(P<0.01);和模型对照组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、TP、ALB相比,柔肝煎低、中、高剂量组及血脂康组TC、TG、LDL-C值均显著降低(TC:低、中、高剂量P<0.05,血脂康P<0.01;TG:低、中剂量组和血脂康组(P<0.05)。ALT、AST值与模型对照组相比无统计学差异,柔肝煎组与模型对照组相比,ALB值显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:柔肝煎能改善脂肪肝大鼠体内的脂质代谢,对脂肪肝有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Rouganjian on fatty liver rats and its effect on biochemistry. Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n = 10), Rouganjian low dose group (n = 10), middle dose group (n = 10), high dose group (n = 10) and Xuezhikang Group (n = 10). The blank control group was fed with ordinary feed and normal water. The other groups were given fatty diet to establish rat fatty liver model. The morphological changes of the liver were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), globulin (GLO) and albumin / globulin (A / G) content. Results: Compared with TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, TP and ALB in the control group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, ALT and AST in the model control group were significantly increased HDL-C, TP and ALB were significantly lower than those in the model control group (P <0.01). Compared with the TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, TP and ALB in the model control group (TC: low, medium, high dose P <0.05, Xuezhikang P <0.01; TG: low and medium dose Group and Xuezhikang group (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between ALT and AST values in model group and Rougan decoction group compared with model control group (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Liver decoction can improve lipid metabolism in fatty liver rats and have some preventive and therapeutic effects on fatty liver.
