如今,社会竞争日趋激烈,企业要想在激烈的社会竞争中生存发展就必须留住更多优秀的人才。合理的建立企业薪酬激励体系可以提高企业员工工作热情和积极性,增强企业的凝聚力,这样才能让企业员工全身心的投入到本职工作中,为企业创造更多的价值,推动企业的快速发展。但是,从企业薪酬激励体系建立现状可以看出,企业薪酬激励体系建立过程中还存在很多问题,企业必须针对薪酬激励体系建立中存在的问题进行分析研究,并采取调整对策。
