在孔加工过程中,孔两端的倒角工艺,通常加工不便,钻削大型工件或镗削同心孔系耐,倒角尤其困难。此圆孔倒角刀具,例角加工方便,能提高生产效率。刀体旋转并作轴向送进,当刀片与孔端接触时,进行倒角切削(见图1a)。刀体继续送进,当伸缩板与孔壁接触时,便带动刀片一齐缩入,中止切削(见图1b)。刀体送进到伸缩板通过孔时,它和刀片伸出,对孔的这一端进行倒角切削(见图1c)。
In the hole machining process, chamfering process at both ends of the hole, usually processing inconvenience, drilling large parts or boring concentric hole resistance, chamfering is particularly difficult. This round hole chamfering tool, example corner processing convenience, can improve production efficiency. The body rotates and feeds axially, chamfering when the insert contacts the hole (see Figure 1a). When the retractable plate is in contact with the hole wall, the blade is retracted and the blade is retracted together to stop the cutting (see FIG. 1b). When the body is fed into the retractable plate through the hole, it projects with the blade and the one end of the hole is chamfered (Figure 1c).
