党提出“教育必須为无产阶級政治服务,教育必須与生产劳动相結合”的教育方針以后,我曾认为:科学虽然是来源于实践并且服务于实践,但是我們的学校处在一个偏辟的山区,工厂很少大工厂更談不上,一般农业上的計算,那是小学生就可以解决的問題,耍想运用一些較高深的数学知識,就不可能。后来,党支部領导同志們反复的討論和学习了中央关于教育工作的指示,陸定一同志的“教育必須与生产劳动相結合”以后,我才初步訣識到教育結合生产劳动决不是大城市的教育才.有份,它貫穿在全国每个角落,每个学科的教育工作中;教育結合生产劳动也不是說每堂課都要結合,而是就当地的实际情况,就教材本身的性貭进行結合。另一方面,也明确了結合生产劳动,决不是意味着削弱基础知識的传授,相反地,要把基础知識教得更深入。
