1996年1月至1998年10月,我院对会阴侧切伤口110例,分别采用2-0快薇荞线(由爱惜康—强生公司制造)阴道粘膜肌肉全层连续锁边缝合并皮内连续平行褥式缝合法(勿需拆线)和传统的方法进行缝合。两者进行对比,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 研究对象 对照组选择1996年1～10月,按传统法缝合的侧切产妇55例。观察组为1997年1月至1998年10月侧切产妇采用快薇荞线改进术式缝合55例,两组产妇年龄、孕周、分娩方式等无明显差异,具有可比性。
