本文探讨体表信号平均技术能否鉴别右室和左室起源的后电位。方法 19(男15、女4)例患者兼有后电位和持续性室性心动过速反复发作,但无一例记录到右室和左室同时发生的碎裂电活动。采用电生理技术确定后电位起源部位。A 组10例后电位起源于右室,平均49岁,其中9例致心律失常性右室发育不良,1例扩张型心肌病。B 组9例后电位起源于左室,平均49岁,其中6例陈旧性心肌梗塞、3例扩张型心肌病。
This article explored whether the average body surface signal technology can identify the right ventricular and left ventricular posterior potential. Twenty-nine patients (male 15, female 4) had recurrent episodes of both posterior voltage and sustained ventricular tachycardia. However, none of them recorded electrical activity of both the right ventricle and the left ventricle simultaneously. Using electrophysiological techniques to determine the site of posterior potential. A group of 10 patients after the potential originated in the right ventricle, an average of 49 years old, of which 9 cases of arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia, 1 case of dilated cardiomyopathy. In group B, the posterior potentials originated in the left ventricle in 9 patients, with an average of 49 years old, including 6 cases of old myocardial infarction and 3 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy.
