Since 1991, we have performed one-time surgical treatment of 14 cases of esophageal carcinoma with bullae, with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data: 14 patients in this group were all males, aged 63 years or older, with 10 cases of middle esophageal pain and 4 cases of lower esophageal cancer. All patients received esophageal, gastric, and cervical anastomosis in 10 cases and anastomosis in 4 cases through the left and right lateral collaterals.
