企业服务热线是用户与企业交流的重要渠道,也是消费者咨询和维权的重要平台。为了了解客车企业服务热线的使用情况,《商用汽车新闻》记者以普通用户的身分对宇通、厦门金龙、苏州金龙、厦门金旅、安凯客车、中通客车、青年客车等8家客车生产企业的服务热线进行了调查。《商用汽车新闻》记者分别在11:00~13:00以及18:00~20:00两个时段,就相同问题对8家客车生产企业进行了调查采访。希望通过此次调查,对国内客车生产企业服务热线的接通状况、客服人员的服务态度、服务质量等有一个比较全面的了解。
