采用甲基硅油表面改性氢氧化镁,研究硅油经乳化处理与否对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)氢/氧化镁(MH)复合材料性能的影响。复合材料的力学性能、熔体指数和极限氧指数测试结果表明:未乳化硅油用量为9%时熔体指数提高3.65 g/10m in,断裂伸长率从167.4%增加到264.2%,冲击和拉伸强度各下降9.68 kJ/m2和4.66 MPa,极限氧指数提高19%;硅油经乳化处理后熔体指数进一步提高约30%,硅油用量较少时,乳化处理对改善复合材料力学性能和阻燃性能更有利,用量为7%时断裂伸长率提高26%,当硅油用量大于9%时,硅油的乳化处理与否对复合材料力学性能没有影响;热失重分析表明:硅油的乳化处理进一步提高了复合材料的分解温度和热稳定性,降低了分解速率。
The effect of silicone oil emulsified or not on the properties of ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) hydrogen / magnesium oxide (MH) composites was studied by using methyl silicone oil surface modified magnesium hydroxide.
