本文讨论了直接影响捣实效率的新拌混凝土的性质,如和易性、稠度及易密实性(compactability)。并分析了影响稠度的因素,如含水量及延续时间。 文章说明,粗骨料的比重以及稠度是影响混凝土在振动时内部产生离析趋势的两个重要因素。本文通过混凝土强度与水灰比关系及强度与坍落度关系来说明由于振动时使用了较干的拌合料,结果使混凝土强度提高。本文还对含空气量,也就是捣实程度对硬化混凝土性质的影响进行了定量的讨论。文章最后指出,由于混凝土振动后干硬度改变,配合比应作相应的调整。
This article discusses the properties of fresh concrete, such as workability, consistency, and compactability, which directly affect compaction efficiency. And analyzed the factors that affect the consistency, such as water content and duration. The article shows that the specific gravity and consistency of coarse aggregates are two important factors that affect the internal segregation tendency of concrete during vibration. In this paper, the relationship between the strength of concrete and the ratio of water to cement, and the relationship between strength and slump are used to illustrate that the use of a relatively dry mixing material results in increased concrete strength. This paper also quantitatively discusses the effect of air content, ie, the degree of compaction, on the properties of hardened concrete. The article concludes that due to the change in dry hardness after vibration of the concrete, the mix ratio should be adjusted accordingly.
