目的:探讨品管圈活动在提升体检中心护理满意度的作用效果。方法:选取我院体检中心的护士12名,开展“提高体检人员护理服务满意”为主题的品管圈活动,比较实施品管圈活动前后体检者体检者护理满意度情况。结果:实施品管圈活动后,体检者的护理满意度明显有所提高,相比较实施品管圈活动前,差异有统计学意义(u=7.418 P=0.000<0.05)。结论:通过开展品管圈活动,营造了团队合作的氛围,增强了医护人员规范操作的意识,提升了体检人员的护理满意度,提高了体检中心的管理质量。“,”Objective:To explorer effects of quality control cycle to improve the nursing satisfaction of persons in Physical Examination Center. Methods: 12 nurses in our hospital were selected as the object. Though the activity of QCC, the theme of which was “How to improve the nursing satisfaction”, the nursing satisfaction was observed and compared before and after the implement of QCC. Results:After the implement of QCC, the nursing satisfaction was better than before, and there was statistical signiifcant differences (u=7.418 P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion:The implement of QCC in Physical Examination Center could create an environment of teamwork, effectively enhance the awareness of standardized nursing operation of nurses, improve the nursing satisfaction of persons and improve the quality of nursing of our hospital.
