财务集中统一管理是指财务会计工作要集中统一,其涵义包括:财务机构要单设,资金收支要集中,财权和管理制度要统一,核算体制要合理合法。新的形势下,如何科学合理的理财、聚财,加强财务集中统一管理,提高财务管理水平,增收节支,提高效益是每一个财务人员应该思考的重要课题。下面结合本单位实行财务集中统一管理的实践,谈谈对加强财务集中统一管理的必要性、优越性。
