用智能化清管器检测管道几何形态的畸变(如凹陷、椭圆化、金属损耗(如腐蚀、机械损伤)等在线探伤技术近几年已得到广泛认可,很多管道检测机构已制定出规范的探伤操作程序来帮助维护和保证管道的完好。在最近的现场试验中一种弹性波纵向裂纹检测行进装置分别通过一条762mm天然气管道和一条864mm输油管道进行的验证性试验,显现出它在应力腐蚀开裂检测中的潜力。对试验结果作了综合分析,指出该技术在应力腐蚀开裂检测方面具有很好的应用效果及发展前途。
