目的从生理、心理、社会角度探讨孕妇的自测健康状态及其影响因素,为做好孕期保健提供依据。方法采用自测健康评定量表修订版对292例孕妇进行调查。结果孕妇的自测健康总分289.28±47.34,处于中等以上水平。不同学历、经济收入、孕期、是否存在妊娠并发症孕妇自测健康总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论孕妇自测健康状况受到多种因素的影响,应根据其学历、经济收入、孕期等不同而采取针对性护理干预。自测健康评定量表可作为测评孕妇健康的工具。
Objective To explore the self-rated health status of pregnant women and its influencing factors from the aspects of physiology, psychology and society, so as to provide the basis for health care during pregnancy. Methods A total of 292 pregnant women were surveyed by self-rated health assessment scale revision. Results The self-rated health score of pregnant women was 289.28 ± 47.34, which was above middle level. There were significant differences in the self-rated health scores of pregnant women with different pregnancy qualifications, pregnancy rates, pregnancy status, and educational level (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The self-rated health status of pregnant women is affected by many factors. Specific nursing interventions should be taken according to their educational level, economic income and pregnancy. Self-rated health assessment scale can be used as a tool to measure the health of pregnant women.
