公安部副部長杜航伟1月20日同土耳其内政部副部长英杰举行中国公安部与土耳其内政部副部级联合工作组视频会议。
杜航伟表示，习近平主席2020年4月同埃尔多安总统通电话，就加强抗疫合作和深化中土战略合作关系达成许多重要共识，为中土执法安全合作指明了方向。中土公安、内政副部级联合工作组为双边执法务实合作提供了高效的平台。希望两部门全面落实两国元首重要共识，进一步加强在反恐安全、打击跨国犯罪和执法能力建设等方面的务实合作，不断充实中土战略合作关系内涵，为今年两国庆祝建交50周年营造良好氛围。
英杰表示，土内政部重视与中国公安部的合作关系，希望双方继续发挥联合工作组机制作用，加强在执法安全相关领域的交流合作，为两国关系发展作出积极努力。
Video Conference between China and Turkey
Deputy Minister of Public Security Du Hangwei and Turkish Deputy Interior Minister Muhterem ?nce co-chaired a Joint Working Group meeting between the two ministries through video on January 20th.
Du stated that President Xi Jinping and President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an held phone talks in April 2020 and reached important consensus on strengthening joint Covid-19 response and deepening strategic cooperation， charting the course for China-Turkey law enforcement and security collaboration. The Joint Working Group between the Chinese Ministry of Public Security and the Turkish Ministry of Interior provides an effective platform for law enforcement cooperation. Both ministries should fully implement the consensus between the two heads of state; promote practical cooperation in counter-terrorism， combating cross-border crimes and law enforcement capacity building; substantiate the China-Turkey relations; and create a sound environment for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties.
?nce said that the Turkish Ministry of Interior attaches high importance to relations with its Chinese counterpart. He called on both sides to continue to deliver real results through the joint working group mechanism， intensify exchange and cooperation in the areas of law enforcement and security， and contribute to developing bilateral relations.
