采用ANSYS有限元法建立三维模型,研究了基体热膨胀系数和弹性模量对复合材料界面径向、轴向和周向残余应力大小和分布的影响。结果表明,界面残余应力的改变量均与基体热膨胀系数的改变量成正比,且随着基体热膨胀系数的减小界面周向残余应力沿着纤维周向分布的不均匀性减弱;界面残余应力变化的总趋势是随着基体弹性模量的增大而增大,但是增加的幅度不断减小。
The three-dimensional model was established by ANSYS finite element method. The effects of thermal expansion coefficient and elastic modulus of matrix on the size, distribution of residual stress in the radial, axial and circumferential directions were investigated. The results show that the change of interfacial residual stress is proportional to the change of thermal expansion coefficient of matrix, and the inhomogeneity of circumferential residual stress along the circumferential distribution of fiber decreases with the decrease of thermal expansion coefficient of matrix. The variation of interfacial residual stress The general trend is with the increase of the elastic modulus of the matrix increases, but the increasing amplitude decreases.
