机井是我国北方地区抗旱夺丰收的重要水利设施。北方十七个省、市、自治区现有机井220多万眼,井灌面积达1.7亿亩,配用动力2800多万马力,其中配柴油机和电动机约各占一半。每年用柴油80万吨左右,用电50亿度左右,分别占到全国农业用柴油和农业用电量的10%和12%,是农业上开展节能工作的重要方面。根据最近几年的大量调查和试验研究,当前机井节能潜力较大的有以下几项技术措施:
Drilling wells is an important water conservancy facilities in the northern region of China for drought-resistant harvest. There are over 2,200,000 existing wells in 17 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the north, with a well irrigation area of 170 million mu. It is equipped with more than 28 million horsepower, of which half is equipped with diesel engines and electric motors. Each year about 800,000 tons of diesel fuel and about 5 billion kWh of electricity are used, accounting for 10% and 12% of the national agricultural diesel oil and agricultural electricity consumption, respectively. This is an important aspect of energy conservation in agriculture. According to a large number of investigations and experimental studies in recent years, there are several technical measures for the current well with great potential for energy saving:
