在中央空调冷冻站电气设计中,常发现有些厂家只提供冷冻机控制线路样本,而缺乏与冷冻机配套使用的冷冻泵,冷却泵联锁控制线路。为解决这一问题,笔者设计了一个如图所示的线路。按照空调专业所要求的控制方式:启动时,先冷冻泵、冷却泵而后冷冻机,即先开泵,后开机,停止时,先冷冻机而后冷冻泵、冷却泵,即与开机时相反。图中所选用的主要电器:电源开关 K 为 LS_(2-3)。温度开关 WK 为 WSSx-411电接点双金属温度计,安装在冷冻水回水管上,上限定在13℃,下限定在11℃。中间继电器1ZJ,2ZJ,3ZJ 为 JZ744、220伏。时间继
In the electrical design of central air-conditioning refrigeration stations, it is often found that some manufacturers only provide samples of chiller control circuits, but lack the chiller pumps that are used in conjunction with chillers and the cooling pumps interlock control circuits. To solve this problem, the author designed a circuit as shown in the figure. According to the requirements of the air-conditioning professional control method: start, the first freeze pump, cooling pump and then the freezer, that is to open the pump, after the boot, stop, the first freezer and then freeze the pump, the cooling pump, that is the opposite with the boot.
