目的:观察COOK宫颈球囊联合中药催生饮促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2014年12月收治的80例妊娠晚期孕妇为研究对象,随机双盲法将其分为两组各40例,对照组采取小剂量缩宫素引产,观察组则行COOK宫颈球囊联合中药催生饮引产,比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、平均临产时间、破膜时间、总产程时间、住院时间及分娩结局情况。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率、阴道分娩率分别为97.5%、77.5%,均明显高于对照组的82.5%、55.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临产时间、破膜时间、总产程时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。两组产妇不良分娩结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:COOK宫颈球囊联合中药催生饮能明显促进宫颈成熟,提高阴道引产成功率。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of COOK cervical balloon combined with traditional Chinese medicine in promoting cervical ripening and induction of labor. Methods: Eighty pregnant women of the third trimester who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups of 40 cases by randomized double-blind method. The control group was treated with oxytocin The group COOK cervical balloon combined with Chinese medicine induced drinking induced abortion, compared the two groups of cervical maturation effect, average duration of labor, rupture time, length of labor, hospital stay and delivery outcome. Results: The total effective rate of cervical ripening in observation group was 97.5% and vaginal delivery rate was 77.5%, which were significantly higher than those in control group (82.5% and 55.0%, respectively). There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Observation group, labor time, rupture time, total length of labor and hospital stay were shorter than the control group (P <0.01). Two groups of maternal poor delivery outcome, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: COOK cervical balloon combined with traditional Chinese medicine can promote cervical ripening significantly improve the success rate of vaginal delivery.
