黄药,作为有色金属选矿的主要捕收剂,随着冶金矿山生产建设的迅速发展,需要量也在逐年增加。目前我国有色金属矿山广泛和大量使用的丁基黄药,其原料为正丁醇,主要以粮食发酵制取,从而使有色金属选矿药剂生产的进一步发展受到了一定的影响。为了落实毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大战略方针和发扬“自力更生、艰苦奋斗”的革命精神,在北京矿冶研究院用石油化工副产品异丁醇合成异丁基黄药的小型试验的基础上,由沈阳冶金选矿药剂厂进行了扩大的工业合成,并先后在三个铜矿和一个铅锌矿进行了选矿工业试验,取得了良好效果。

In order to implement Chairman Mao’s great strategic guideline of “preparing for war, preparing for war and for the people,” and carrying forward the revolutionary spirit of “self-reliance and arduous struggle”, a small-scale experiment was conducted at Beijing Institute of Mining and Metallurgy to synthesize isobutyl xanthate using the by-product of petrochemical industry On the basis of the Shenyang Metallurgical Pharmaceutical Factory carried out an expanded industrial synthesis, and has in three copper and a lead-zinc ore beneficiation industry trials, and achieved good results.
