胡锦涛同志在庆祝建党85周年大会上的重要讲话中指出,要切实加强党的基层组织建设,按照围绕中心、服务大局、拓宽领域、强化功能的要求,调整组织设置、改进工作方式、创新活动内容,进一步扩大党的工作的覆盖面,不断增强基层党组织的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,使基层党组织成为人民群众信任和拥护、认真贯彻党的方针政策的坚强战斗堡垒。胡锦涛同志提出的这一重要要求,为我们各级党组织加强基层组织建设指明了内容、途径和方向。
In his important speech at the General Assembly to Celebrate the 85th Anniversary of the Founding of CPC, Comrade Hu Jintao pointed out: To earnestly strengthen the building of the party’s grassroots organizations, we should readjust the organizational structure, improve the working methods and innovate the content of activities in accordance with the requirements of centering around the center, serving the overall interests, widening areas and strengthening functions So as to further expand the coverage of the party’s work and constantly enhance the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the grass-roots party organizations so that the grass-roots party organizations become the strong fighting bastion for the masses to trust and support and conscientiously implement the party’s principles and policies. This important request made by Comrade Hu Jintao points out the content, the ways and the direction for the party organizations at all levels to step up the building of grassroots organizations.
