在基础教育新课程改革中,农村教师源于地缘、信息、教学设施及自身素质等条件上的劣势,遭遇了很多现实困境,致使农村教师对基础教育新课程改革总体持消极态度。而要改变这一状况,需要他们进行角色定位、明确使命、分清“无为”与“有为”的辩证关系,遵循以人为本、以校为本,立足本人、本校、本职工作和学生实际,寻求符合学生个性发展的教育教学之路,是大有作为的。
