依托咪酯是用于小儿全麻快速诱导的麻醉药之一。本文观察一次静脉注射依托咪酯(0.3mg/kg)对小儿肾上腺皮质功能的影响。结果发现用药后15min、切皮lh、2h后血浆皮质醇和醛固酮含量均明显低于麻醉前水平(P<0.01),其中以切皮后2h含量最低。而硫喷妥钠组切度后1、2h血浆皮质醇和醛固酮含量明显高于麻醉前水平(P<0.01)。依托咪酯组明显低于硫喷妥钠组(P<0.01)。实验结果提示,依托咪酯(0.3mg/ks)能明显抑制小儿肾上腺皮质功能。
Etomidate is one of the fast acting anesthetics used in pediatric general anesthesia. This article observed a single intravenous injection of etomidate (0.3mg / kg) on adrenal function in children. The results showed that the levels of plasma cortisol and aldosterone were significantly lower than those before anesthesia (P <0.01) at 15 min after incision, and the contents of plasma cortisol and aldosterone were the lowest at 2 h after incision. The levels of plasma cortisol and aldosterone were significantly higher than those before anesthesia (P <0.01) at 1,2 h after thiopental sodium group cut. Etomidate group was significantly lower than thiopental group (P <0.01). Experimental results suggest that etomidate (0.3mg / ks) can significantly inhibit children’s adrenal function.
