目的:采用高效液相色谱法,测定盐生肉苁蓉中有效成分松果菊苷和麦角甾苷的含量。方法:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm)。流动相:乙腈-甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(9:14:77)。流速:1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长334nm。结果:松果菊苷在0.0258mg-0.774mg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2141.5X-35.72,r=0.9999;麦角甾苷在0.030mg-0.750mg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4065.6X+159.35,r=0.9999。松果菊苷、麦角甾苷平均加样回收率分别为102.2%、103.9%。结论:本法测定简便、快速、灵敏、重复性好,方法可行。
Objective: To determine the content of echinacoside and acteoside in Cistanche deserticola by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Method: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm). Mobile phase: acetonitrile-methanol-1% acetic acid solution (9:14:77). Flow rate: 1.0 mL / min, column temperature was room temperature, detection wavelength 334nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between echinacoside and 0.0258mg-0.774mg, the regression equation was Y = 2141.5X-35.72, r = 0.9999, and there was a good linear relationship between acteoside and 0.030mg-0.750mg. The regression equation was Y = 4065.6X + 159.35, r = 0.9999. The average recoveries of echinacoside and ergosteroid were 102.2% and 103.9%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible, and the method is feasible.
