很多资料介绍,铸造热裂纹多发生在铸件“热节”处,或发生在截面突变、应力集中较大的地方。一些杂质也能引起热裂,如硫化物以链状共晶形式分布时,易沿晶界开裂,因而在铸钢中硫含量最好能低于0.025%。截面突变和杂质的影响,似乎彼此无关。但是,我们看到的很多热裂现象说明,往往钢中硫含量并不高,而在裂纹处却有较多的硫化物等杂质存在。
A lot of information, casting hot cracks occur in the casting “hot section” Department, or occurred in the section of sudden changes, stress concentration larger place. Some impurities can also cause thermal cracking. For example, when sulfides are distributed in a chain eutectic form, they easily crack along the grain boundaries. Therefore, the sulfur content in the cast steel is preferably less than 0.025%. Sectional abrupt changes and the effects of impurities do not seem to be related to each other. However, many of the thermal cracking phenomena we have seen indicate that the sulfur content in steels is often not high, whereas there are more sulfides and other impurities in the cracks.
