为提高飞机翼面结构初步设计阶段的质量和效率,对飞机翼面结构的建模过程进行研究.定义了结构布局坐标系及构件位置参数引用规则,提出了基于模板的翼面结构快速建模的方法.选择适合的参数化工具开发了知识驱动的飞机翼面结构的快速设计系统,将设计方法、规则及专家经验等知识进行封装,实现了翼面结构的自动布局并生成布置模型.在此基础上针对模型不同单元的生成逻辑,分别进行了实体模型的建立,通过用户自定义特征(UDF,User-Defined Features)技术进行几何特征体的参数化建模,在布置模型基础上自动实例化.最后通过飞机机翼翼盒结构实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of aircraft airfoil during the initial design phase, the modeling process of aircraft airfoil structure is studied.The structure layout coordinate system and the rules of component position reference are defined, and the template-based rapid modeling of airfoil structure .Selecting a suitable parameterization tool, a knowledge-driven rapid design system for aircraft airfoil structure was developed to encapsulate the knowledge of design methods, rules and expert experience to realize the automatic layout of airfoil structure and to generate the layout model. Based on the generation logic of different units in the model, the physical model was established respectively. The parametric modeling of geometrical features was carried out by UDF (User-Defined Features) technology. Based on the layout model, At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by examples of aircraft wing box structure.
