针对目前在既有建筑物健康诊断过程中所采用的方法不统一、具有一定随机性的现状,结合某工程的实践,对安全性评定的具体实施中混凝土强度检测、结构复核验算方法等方面进行了探讨。研究结果表明,在建筑物结构健康诊断过程中,进行工程质量检测时应根据工程的具体情况,选取合理的检测构件数量及构件内力较小的位置;结构复核验算时应从安全的角度考虑,选取材料强度及构件配筋量。
Aiming at the current situation that the methods used in the health diagnosis of existing buildings are not uniform and has a certain degree of randomness, in combination with the practice of a project, concrete strength testing and structural verification checking methods are carried out in the concrete implementation of safety assessment Exploring.
