目的了解深圳市罗湖区工作场所中有机溶剂的使用情况,分析其挥发性有机组分,为现场检测职业病危害因素识别提供依据。方法收集2011-2013年辖区内企业工作场所使用的溶剂155份,使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行挥发性组分分析。结果样品中共检出82种挥发性组分,累计检出799次,主要为烷烃类、苯系物、酯类、酮类、含氯类和醇类6类。结论有机溶剂成分复杂,对其成分进行分析对识别工作场所职业病危害因素非常重要。
Objective To understand the use of organic solvents in the workplace of Luohu District, Shenzhen, analyze its volatile organic compounds and provide basis for on-site detection of occupational hazards. Methods 155 samples of solvents used in the workplace of enterprises in the area from 2011 to 2013 were collected and the volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results A total of 82 volatile components were detected in the samples and 799 times were detected, mainly including 6 categories of alkanes, benzenes, esters, ketones, chlorines and alcohols. Conclusion Organic solvents are complex and the analysis of their constituents is important for identifying occupational hazards in the workplace.
