In order to implement the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on health reform and development, we will further strengthen rural health work and ensure the successful completion of the “National Rural Doctor Education Plan for 1991-2000” issued by the Ministry of Health. The commission is entrusted by the Ministry of Health to the China Rural Doctor Training Center. From May to July 1998, 1,684 rural doctors from 16 counties (cities) in 9 provinces and municipalities were given secondary school water.
