自我效能感对幼儿的发展具有重要的价值,应该引起幼儿教育界的高度关注。文章首先分析了人际关系对儿童自我效能感产生影响的动态过程,同时,阐释了促进幼儿自我效能感发展之师幼关系的特征,即协助性、互惠性和社会建构性;最后,提出了通过师幼关系促进幼儿自我效能感发展的具体策略,包括建立安全信任的师幼关系、帮助幼儿积累成功经验和充分发挥评价的改善功能三个方面。
Self-efficacy on the development of young children is of great value, which should arouse the attention of early childhood education. The article first analyzes the dynamic process of interpersonal relationships affecting children’s self-efficacy, at the same time, it explains the characteristics of teacher-child relationship that promote the development of children’s self-efficacy, that is, assistance, reciprocity and social constructivism. Finally, The specific strategies for promoting the development of children’s self-efficacy through the relationship between teachers and children include three aspects: building a safe and trusting relationship between teachers and children, helping children to accumulate successful experience and giving full play to the improvement function of evaluation.
