以偶联剂处理过的香蕉纤维、聚乳酸为原料,添加膨胀型阻燃剂制备阻燃香蕉纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料。研究了复合材料老化前后的力学性能、燃烧性能、热性能、红外光谱特征和表面形貌。结果表明:老化12d后,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别降低了90.7%和74.4%;复合材料的燃烧性能也逐渐降低;TG、SEM、FT-IR分析结果均表明,随着热老化时间的延长,复合材料发生了部分降解。
The coupling agent treated banana fiber, polylactic acid as raw material, adding intumescent flame retardant flame retardant banana fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite material. The mechanical properties, combustion properties, thermal properties, infrared spectral characteristics and surface morphology of composites before and after aging were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites decreased by 90.7% and 74.4%, respectively, after 12 days of aging. The combustion properties of the composites also decreased gradually. The results of TG, SEM and FT-IR showed that with the heat aging The time, the composite material partial degradation occurred.
