在三—异—辛胺存在下,以金的阴离子比金—硫代络离子为1:4,自酸性水溶液介质(1.5摩尔硫酸)萃入氯仿时,用分光光度法测定了三价金。在480纳米时,此络合物显示出最大的吸收(摩尔吸收系数为460×10~3升·摩尔~(-1)厘米~(-1)),且在浓度为5—50微克金(Ⅱ)/毫升范围内符合比合定律。从含15微克金(Ⅲ)/毫升的溶液中十次测定之值,计算的相对标准偏差和相对误差分别为1%和0.8%.本法简单、选择性和重现性好,可用于从伴生元素中分离金(Ⅲ)和测定混合物中的金(Ⅲ)。
In the presence of tris-iso-octylamine, the trivalent gold was determined spectrophotometrically when the anion of the gold was compared to the gold-thio complex ion of 1: 4 and chloroform was extracted from the acidic aqueous medium (1.5 mol of sulfuric acid). At 480 nm, the complex showed the highest absorption (molar absorptivity of 460 × 10 -3 mol · cm -1) and was stable at a concentration of 5-50 μg gold ( Ⅱ) / ml in line with the law than the law of coincidence.
