掺水输送是国内外广泛用于高凝、高粘原油采出井的一种集油工艺,这一工艺的关键环节是掺水量的调控。本文经过分析掺水温度、管道埋深、油井产液(产油/产水)、集油半径、井口出液温度等对集油环掺水量的影响,结合采用手动控制掺水量存在的问题,引出集油环定量掺水的必要性和重要性,通过分析正在使用的自控定量掺水阀的工作原理、数学模型,以及现场运行情况,同时分析自力式定量掺水工艺,通过比较,优选出适合我厂现状的掺水控制工艺。
