在网络信息资源急剧扩展的背景之下,知识已成为组织创造价值的珍贵资产。通过组织内部人际间的互动及成员间相互的交流,知识才能创造出对组织具有效益的价值。而知识分享是知识创造与组织管理成功的关键因素之一。基于此,本文讨论了知识分析的涵义,讨论了知识分享的三个层次,分析了知识分析的四种观点,讨论了知识分享的价值和障碍,总结了信息环境下知识分享的价值体现。
In the context of a rapidly expanding network of information resources, knowledge has become a valuable asset for organizations to create value. Knowledge can create value for the organization through interactions within the organization and between members. Knowledge sharing is one of the key factors in the success of knowledge creation and organization management. Based on this, this paper discusses the meaning of knowledge analysis, discusses three levels of knowledge sharing, analyzes four perspectives of knowledge analysis, discusses the value and obstacles of knowledge sharing, and summarizes the value expression of knowledge sharing in information environment.
