To evaluate the toxicity of single stereotactic radiotherapy, CT, MRI and clinical data of 133 cases treated with 9MeV linear accelerator were retrospectively analyzed. The Cox cumulative hazard model was used to analyze the interrelationship between the patient’s treatment parameters, dose-volume, and tissue changes (edema, local blood-brain barrier disruption) induced by radiotherapy. The whole group included 67 females and 66 males. Ages 12 to 80 years (median, 42 years old), 135 lesions were irradiated in 133 (2 neurofibromatosis type 1 and multiple tumor treatment 2 times).
