目的建立芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法样品经索氏提取法制备,以高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱:ODS-C18,以甲醇-水-磷酸(55∶45∶0.2)为流动相,紫外检测波长:280nm,流速:1.0ml/min,柱温:40℃。结果黄芩苷在0.004520~0.04520mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997,n=6),芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的平均含量(40.41±0.33)mg/g,平均回收率99.83%,RSD%=2.27%。结论此法操作简便、快速,精密度高,可用于芩黄喉症胶囊中黄芩苷的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in capsules of Qihuanghukou. Methods Samples were prepared by Soxhlet extraction and determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: ODS-C18, methanol-water-phosphoric acid (55:45:0.2) as mobile phase, UV detection wavelength: 280 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml/min, column temperature: 40°C. Results The baicalin has good linearity in the concentration range of 0.004520~0.04520mg/ml (r=0.9997, n=6). The average content of baicalin in the capsule of Huanghuang laryngeal disease (40.41±0.33)mg/g, the average recovery rate is 99.83. %, RSD%=2.27%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, high precision, and can be used for the quality control of baicalin in the capsule of Shuhuang throat.
