本文在对世界中等发达国家和发达国家教育发展的若干关键性指标进行分析的基础上 ,结合我国北京、上海、深圳等发达地区基础教育现代化的指标 ,提出了我国发达地区“十五”时期和 2 0 10年基础教育现代化发展水平指标设定的建议。
