１１１Ｉｎ是目前认为比较理想的放射免疫显像核素。本文论述了１１１Ｉｎ的特点，与常用显像核素１３１Ｉ的对比，以及“１１１１Ｉｎ标记单克隆抗体的方法、用于肿瘤导向诊断的效果和存在的问题。
