目的 了解汉中市农村人口 1997～ 2 0 0 0年死亡原因及潜在寿命损失 ,以便制定相应的预防措施。方法 应用国际疾病分类方法对资料进行编码、归类、统计。结果 总死因分布中 ,居前五位的是 :循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病 ,潜在寿命损失年居前五位的是 :损伤和中毒、肿瘤、其他疾病、新生儿病、循环系统疾病和传染病。结论 必须着力于改善农村的医疗条件及卫生观念 ,加强农药的管理。
Objective To understand the causes of death and the potential loss of life expectancy of the rural population in Hanzhong from 1997 to 2000 in order to make corresponding preventive measures. Methods Applying the international classification of diseases to coding, classification and statistics of data. Results The top five causes of death were circulatory system diseases, tumors, injuries and poisoning, respiratory diseases and digestive diseases, and the top five potential causes of life loss were injury and poisoning, tumors and other diseases Neonatal, circulatory and infectious diseases. The conclusion must be focused on improving rural medical conditions and health concepts and strengthening the management of pesticides.
