冰箱内一般都留有专用的鸡蛋盒位,很多人买回鸡蛋后都直接放入盒内,不会想到先清洗一下,这是很容易被忽视的食源性中毒隐患。由于蛋壳在鸡下蛋过程中会在笼子里滚动,受到的污染与鸡粪的污染源一致,都可能含有沙门氏菌,造成食品污染。如果开冰箱时手接的蛋壳,又去磋切开的西瓜或其他食物,交叉污染在所难免,因此,生鸡蛋应该清洗干净后月放入冰箱保存。
