我矿300m 暗斜井是由副井改为主井双钩串车提升的,年提煤量达30万吨,每小班提升最多时达640(每串4车)。井口采用自动摘钩,井底斜坡道岔为自动道岔。由于提升量大,水煤多,坡度大(30°),道岔磨损大,维修时间少,致使自动道岔时常发生误动作而造成同边事故。以前我矿设计了多种同边信号,由于巷道窄、绞车道交汇车场短和提升速度快等不利条件,因此使用效果都不太好。1985年底,我矿运输区革新组设计了一种简单、可靠、耐用的斜井防同边信号,安装使用半年来,效果很好,曾避免了4起同边事故。现将其原理及结构介绍如下。
