目的:探讨相关激素及细胞因子在Graves’病发生机制中的作用。方法:用放射免疫分析测定了66例Graves’病患者治疗前及治疗缓解后血清SS、GH、IGF-1和IL-2、IL-4及IL-6水平。结果: 36例患者治疗前组血清SS、GH、IGF-1、IL-4及IL-6五项指标均较对照组升高极显著(P值均<0 01),IL-2则极显著低于对照组(P<0 01);缓解组统计数据显示,前3项指标较治疗前组下降显著(P值均<0 05),后2项下降则更为显著(P值均<0 01),而IL-2则较治疗前组升高极显著(P<0 01)。结论: 6项指标均以不同方式参与了Graves’病的发病过程,其测定对于认识Graves’病的发病机理、观察临床疗效有不可忽视的作用。
Objective: To explore the role of related hormones and cytokines in the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease. Methods: Serum levels of SS, GH, IGF-1, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 in 66 patients with Graves’ disease before and after treatment were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of serum SS, GH, IGF-1, IL-4 and IL-6 in 36 patients before treatment were all significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The data of remission group showed that the first three indexes decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the latter two items decreased more significantly than those before treatment (P <0.01) 01), while IL-2 was significantly higher than the pre-treatment group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: All 6 indicators are involved in the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease in different ways. The determination of Graves’ disease can not be ignored in understanding the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease and observing the clinical efficacy.
