根据风力机的基本理论和相似理论在有限元软件ANSYS中建立了一个翼型为SG6050,半径为1m的小型风力机叶片模型,运用结构仿生学原理,对所设计的风力机叶片进行铺层,其角度范围介于5°~90°之间,为体现中轴的对称性,正负铺层同时出现。利用基于响应面法的可靠性理论,比较了不同铺层方式下风力机叶片的可靠性。计算结果表明:可靠指标较高的角度集中在40°~70°之间,而以65°铺层可靠指标最大,即其失效概率最小,而在5°与90°附近的铺层其可靠指标相对较小。
According to the basic theory of wind turbine and the similar theory, a small wind turbine blade model with airfoil SG6050 and radius of 1m is established in finite element software ANSYS. The wind turbine blades are designed by structural bionics principle, The angle range between 5 ° ~ 90 °, in order to reflect the symmetry of the axis, positive and negative plies at the same time. Based on the reliability theory based on response surface method, the reliability of wind turbine blades under different ply modes is compared.
